Once a customer has Pre Booked and paid for an installation we assume that all information given to us to be accurate.
Although we will do everything that we can to confirm that all information given to us is accurate, If we find that a job cannot go ahead due to unforseen circumstances, the customer will be responsible for the costs associated with sending a technician to the job site and a re-stocking fee may also be charged for any pre purchased stock.
If the service technician must re attend a job due to bad weather, lack of stock, lack of tools, sickness or anything under our control, there will be no cost or liability to either the customer or installer.
Customer needs to give 12 hours notice minimum they need to cancel a job. If we attend a pre booked job and customer cancels, customer is liable for the costs associated with sending a technician to the job site
We will recommend the best possible positions with regards to satellite dish locations, however we suggest that the property owner find out what the legal obligations are for there individual installation before proceeding with that installation.
Under no circumstances do we accept liability with regards to any form or legal permit.
Once commissioned to install a satellite system we will expect that all liability lies with the property owner with respect to any such permits.
Although we take the best possible care, we take no responsibility for objects placed in front or grown in front of a satellite dish reception area after an installation is completed.
If you have purchased a product from us
and it shows a fault please contact us giving us the detail of your complaint, date
of purchase etc. If the fault is inherent in the goods, we will arrange to have the
item repaired or replaced. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights
We will confirm your order shortly after it is placed. We then send your order
to be despatched. We aim for 2 working days, however, some orders may take up
to 60 days to arrive. All orders are subject to availability.
In the event of a customer wishing to return any goods or services to Satpro Australia
as bought on this site, Satpro Australia will only accept such products if they are
returned with a valid RA Number, are of a quality that can be on sold as if new and such
acceptance by Satpro Australia shall only raise a credit available for exchange on
